Dear Bendigo Tech School community,
What an incredible first term it was here at the Tech School, overflowing with enriching STEAM opportunities for students, educators, industry professionals, and the wider community. Highlights have included our Girls in STEAM Day and the Shaping Fashion Futures exhibition. You'll find more details about these events further down in this newsletter.
As we dive into Term 2, our schedule is set to get even busier, and spots for student program bookings are filling up fast. Educators, I encourage you to reach out to discuss the exciting potential opportunities we have in store for your students. Additionally, we have a fantastic lineup of teacher professional workshops planned. Developed and delivered in collaboration with industry partners including the Australian Computer Society, these workshops are open to primary and secondary teachers statewide, including pre-service teachers.
Valued community and industry members are invited to join us at the Tech School this term for two events: Sparks with La Trobe Rural Health School and Share & Connect with the Emporium Creative Hub. Registration links for both can be found in the Other Opportunities section below.
